General Terms and Conditions of Steckdose Kreuzberg UG for Bicycle Events

Booking:

With your booking you offer us the conclusion of a service contract based on the

tour description and prices. The booking is made online or by telephone. The contract is concluded with our confirmation. The person who initiates the booking is

for the contractual obligations of all persons listed in the registration.

Services:

The contractual services are set out in the tour description or our confirmation. Additional agreements require our written confirmation.

Cancellation:

Cancellations up to 7 days before the tour are free of charge. Cancellations up to 72

hours before the start of the tour, 50% of the regular price will be charged. Cancellations at shorter notice or non-appearance of the group are non-refundable - the full price will be retained. In the event of delays of more than 30 minutes, the right to the tour will be forfeited unless you have contacted us. In this case, the booked tour will be charged in full, provided there is a booking for the following tour.

Technical problems:

We do everything we can to ensure that the tour runs smoothly and without hindrance. We naturally have no influence on unforeseeable disruptions, e.g. in road traffic (accidents, road closures, etc.). If the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure, dangerous road conditions, special traffic situations or similar operational or traffic disruptions, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract before or during the trip. If the tour has already exceeded half of the possible duration, you must reimburse us for our previous expenses.

Liability, exclusion of participants:

You take part in the Rock Bike Tour at your own risk. As the organizer, we are entitled to exclude participants in the event of intentional or grossly negligent behaviour that endangers the participants and/or other (traffic) participants from further participation in the tour.

We are liable to the customer in accordance with the statutory provisions if claims for damages are asserted that are based on intent and gross negligence on the part of Steckdose Kreuzberg UG or our representatives and vicarious agents.

As far as there is no intentional or gross breach of duty against Steckdose Kreuzberg UG, the liability for damages is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

We shall not be liable for slightly negligent breaches of duty insofar as no essential contractual obligations are affected.

Liability for culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

The liability of Steckdose Kreuzberg UG is excluded for damages caused exclusively by the customer. The customer is liable for any damage or loss of the rental bikes.

Payment:

Payment is made when booking via the website online and securely via PayPal by PayPal account, direct debit or credit card. In the case of telephone or individual bookings by arrangement, cash on site or in advance by invoice.

Any entrance fees are to be paid by you and the other participants on site.
